Depending on your project needs, Building and Safety requires different kinds of plan check, plan review, and permit processes. Plans define the construction specifications of a building such as dimensions, materials, layouts, electricity installation, methods, and techniques. Building plans are supposed to guide the builders or the people at the site in following Building ad Safety's regulations.
Remodeling may include altering original interior construction --- a job that can be difficult and dangerous without proper training. Lifetime Exterminators and Construction Company believe that safety is the cornerstone of a successful interior demolition project.
Some rehabs are small --- a few coats of paint or some flooring --- and are easy to plan, schedule, review, and complete.
Others can be extensive --- a fire restoration or a total gut and update --- which can encompass various trade personnel, permits, plans, payment schedules, and a bevy of small decisions. Lifetime's experience and expertise will ensure that your large project is carefully planned out, scheduled, reviewed, and completed to your satisfaction.

ESCROW REPAIR - DRY ROT (AFTER)
The image above depicts the result, after ripping out the drywall and replacing it. Lifetime does partial home inspections by checking beams, foundation, support posts, plumbing underneath, and the roof.
Look familiar? This is a picture of an attic. Attics come in all shapes and sizes and their timbers need to be protected just like the rest of your home. Lifetime often coats the wood in the attic with state approved termiticides which deter termite infestation and kill any which may be existing at the time of treatment.
During termite inspections, Lifetime does partial home inspections by checking beams, foundation, support posts, plumbing underneath, as well as the roof.
Lifetime employees love what they do, taking the lead, and leading by example.

“My co-worker highly recommended Lifetime to redo my kitchen and laundry. After showing Mr. Jackson magazine pictures, they recreated what I wanted for a very fair price. I'm amazed with the final product because it looks better than what I had imagined. The construction, carpentry, and tile work are top notch! The workers were friendly, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and skilled. I give Mr. Jackson and his crew a double thumbs up because I'm super pleased with my outcome.”Alicia Washington
